Who Uses LogicNets at the British Council? Stacy Hope, Communications Manager, heads up the team that uses LogicNets for the British Council, an organization dedicated to building mutually beneficial relationships between people in the United Kingdom (UK) and other countries and to increase appreciation of the UK’s creative ideas and achievements.
What Did She Build? UCAS is the central organization that processes applications for full-time undergraduate courses at universities and colleges in the UK.
UCAS requires every undergraduate UK student applicant to complete a university application form. This form is very complicated, especially for non-UK citizens. The LogicNets application guides users through the process of filling out this form by asking simple questions. In answering these questions, the user fills out the form. Once the user has answered the questions, he or she can submit the form. The user can also print the form at any time.
What the British Council is Saying Jenny Scott, Director of Education, British Council, USA, says, "During our first year of using LogicNets, our web site visits have increased by 300% while our number of inquiries have decreased by 40%. Thanks to LogicNets we can offer all our customers high quality personalized services, while our service costs have decreased!"
