LogicNets making an impact

Focused on Making an Impact

At LogicNets, we believe that authoritative clinical knowledge should be available when and where it is needed most—particularly at the point of care, within clinical workflows, and in forms that are easy to understand and apply. Our mission is to help healthcare organizations transform expert knowledge into interactive, computable guidance in order to improve a wide range of healthcare decision making.

With headquarters in Washington, DC and a European technology center in Eindhoven, Netherlands, LogicNets has spent more than two decades helping organizations across the globe transform complex knowledge into practical decision-support applications. During that time, we have worked with healthcare organizations, professional societies, guideline developers, and clinical experts on large-scale healthcare initiatives, developing a unique ability to translate clinical guidance into effective digital experiences that support real-world healthcare use cases.

At our core, we are a relationship-driven company that has thrived for more than two decades by building strategic partnerships and helping our customers achieve meaningful, lasting impact.

Built for the Web from Day One

LogicNets was founded in 2004 by CEO Jelle Ferwerda with a simple idea: expert knowledge should be easier to capture, share, and apply. From the beginning, LogicNets was designed as a cloud-based platform where subject matter experts could collaboratively create guidance applications and deliver them through a web browser. Long before SaaS became mainstream, we believed that knowledge should be centrally managed, visually organized, and instantly available wherever decisions are being made.

By 2014, success in a series of large-scale healthcare programs had established healthcare as the primary focus of LogicNets. Beginning with a nationwide pathology reporting initiative in the Netherlands and followed by successes in advanced clinical decision support and managed care automation, the platform demonstrated that it could transform clinical knowledge into a computable digital asset, enabling guidelines, protocols, and best practices to be seamlessly integrated into clinical workflows.

Subsequent milestones included CMS qualification for Appropriate Use Criteria workflow automation, engagement with major medical publishers, and the deployment of digital guideline solutions for leading medical societies. Today, LogicNets helps a range of healthcare organizations transform authoritative clinical knowledge into interactive, computable guidance that improves decisions, workflows, and outcomes.
